WELCOME! Our SafeSpace Conversation has come to a CLOSE.
What would South West London ICB look and feel like if we all consistently experienced a culture of collaboration, excellence, ambition, respect and integrity?
This would mean all of us living our values - a culture be design, rather than one that happens by accident.
This Safe Space Conversation was designed as a chance for everyone in our ICB to imagine a future where we are a truly values-led organisation and, together with our colleagues, to explore and co-create a path to making that happen.
The Conversation is now CLOSED, our friends at clever together are analysing all the data captured.
How does it work?
The online Conversation works a bit like a social media platform; you can join around your work patterns and contribute as much or as little as you like, at a time that suits you.
The process is anonymous meaning everybody can feel safe sharing their honest thoughts and feelings. The Conversation is:
- Anonymous – your name is not attached to anything you share
- For everyone that works at South West London ICB
- Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week while the Conversation is live
- Accessible from wherever you may be – on any computer, tablet or smartphone
- Analysed independently, so you can feel safe to share how you really feel
